    Small Group Training

    Small group training provides the energy and comradery of an exercise class while focusing on agreed upon and common goals. Ideal for similarly aged and focused groups.

  • Hybrid Coaching

    Though there is still an in-person component (mainly for the assessments) but most of the training is done virtually. A Kinect trainer will design a full program based on your goals and the assessment. The trainer will then recommend check-ins and will have the ability to monitor adherence though our app.
