Finding Graeme to be our personal trainer was like winning the lottery! When I started training with Graeme shortly before retirement, I was in bad shape physically. Graeme quickly and objectively assessed my status and created a plan not only to improve my strength, but flexibility and balance as well. Graeme always knows when I am ready for a step up and introduces new exercises to keep me challenged. He explains the purpose of each exercise or stretch, the muscle groups being worked and the science behind it if asked. He combines weight exercises with balance and flexibility activity at the same time to maximize the work out. We established progress metrics early on based on industry standards and I achieved all but one of the goals. I have also lost over 44 pounds in a little over 15 months. When my wife retired last year, she also started to train with Graeme. Although she had taken yoga and water aerobics, it turns out her exercises were not a full body work out. As he did with me, Graeme developed a personal workout for her that has resulted in improved flexibility, balance, and particularly muscle tone. Graeme is very personable, a great communicator, always punctual, nonjudgmental, and very enjoyable to work with to achieve a healthy lifestyle. We highly recommend him, particularly for seniors. He exceeds our expectations for a personal trainer.
