Climbing Inspiration

It all I tried indoor rock climbing for the first time in 2017, and I was instantly hooked. The sport embodied everything I focus on when training. Flexibility, mobility, strength, power, precision, body tension, and over all body connection are all skills/attributes needed to be successful in climbing. The training concepts for both climbing and strength training are interchangeable, and I use many of these skills in my current training. It is far from a hobby (maybe nearing an obsession), and my identity as, not only a trainer, but also as a person, is inspired by climbing and climbing culture. This is the reason why the theme of this website is very climbing heavy. Included in this gallery are some action shots of me climbing, but also some nice scenic shots of my favorite climbing spots.
