• Kinect app membership = $30/month

  • Full access to the Kinect app, including the AI workout generator for training between check-ins (consults and custom programs sold separately)

• In-person assessment and initial customized program = $195

  • Includes assessment, 4–6-week customized initial program, and two 60 minute in-person program review workouts.

  • All in-person assessments can be done in-home or at one of our affiliate locations.

• New program + virtual consult = $75

  • A custom program built for your goals, plus a 30-minute video call to walk through it and coach your technique.

• Virtual consult = $50 (30-minute video call to review your progress, form and plan)

*All recurring in-person clients get full access to the Kinect app free*
